  • Who is Excellence's Travel?

    Excellence’s Travel is a full-service online travel company that offer travel packages to singles, couples, and family. 

  • Is Excellence's Travel a Certified and Licensed travel agency?

    Yes, we are certified with an ARC/CLIA/IATA.

  • What are your hours?

    We are available via email anytime of the day and on the weekends. We are available via phone Monday – Sunday 2 pm – 8pm. We reply very quickly via email at inquiries@excellencestravel.com

  • Do you provide travel quotes for private trips?

    Yes, we do.

  • What payments do you accept?

    We accept online payments or over the phone payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover. We provide a credit card authorization form for all payments. 


  • Do you provide refunds?

    No, we do not provide refunds nor do we transfer money. Each client is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before reservation is accept. To protect your investment, each and every client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance. 

  • Do you offer Payment Plan?

    Yes, we do for all bookings made more than 90 days prior to travel. 


  • What happens after I book my trip?

    Once you book your trip, you will receive a confirmation email with your balance if you have a payment plan or confirmation of payment in full. 

  • After I make my first reservation, how do I make monthly payment?

    You can make monthly payments several ways via booking link or over the phone.
