TRAVEL INSURANCE:

We highly recommend travel insurance. You can research and choose a travel insurance policy that fits your need carefully. It's recommended that you purchase travel insurance within 7 to 14 business days of making your deposit. We also suggest some aspects of travel insurance; visit the resource section of our website. 

  • Not being able to make your trip is bad enough. But losing the money you paid for your trip is a lot worse. Travel insurance is therefore highly recommended. You can purchase travel insurance on your own or request it to be added.

TRAVEL NOTES:

  • Travel to Jamaica requires a passport that is valid for six months and beyond your date of travel. 
  • There will be no refunds for an expired passport.
  • You can choose to pay your reservation in full or choose a convenient payment plan. If you select a payment plan, you will receive monthly reminders via email. If you have any questions, you can email us at inquires@excellencestravel.com
  • We recommend that participants arrive in Montego Bay, Jamaica, on July 8, 2021, before 3 pm
  • Please be advised it's the traveler's responsibility to inform Excellence's Travel of any email address changes.
  • You are required to purchase your flight to Montego Bay, Jamaica for March 1, 2021
  • Once you have booked your flight, you should enter your flight information into our database to ensure your flight information is provided to the shuttle service for your transport to the resort. 

Terms and Conditions
  • Completing this reservation for this package states that you are acceptant of our Terms and Conditions. 
  • All payments made to Excellence’s Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable based on the contractual agreement made with hotels, airlines, tour suppliers, and other vendors that will not all for any refunds. These contractual agreements allow us to keep our package prices reasonable and will enable you to make monthly payments on your vacations. 
  • All participants are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CAREFULLY CHECK with their respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passport are required for travel. All passports are required to be valid for at least six months after the date of travel. There are specific countries that require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. All information this provided is concerning US citizens only. A non-US citizen should check with the country's respective consulate (s) that is being visited for their requirement for entry. 
  • Reservations should be made in your Full Name as it appears on your passport. Your name on the reservation MUST match your name as it appears on your passport. 
  • Not being able to make your vacation is horrible as it is. But losing all the money paid for your vacation is 10X worse.   • All assignments are at the discretion of the airlines. 
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservation today so the price can be locked in. 
  • The monthly payment is required to keep your reservation current. Your reservation notes your payment plan. We suggest that you make a mental or physical note of your payment plan on your calendar. 
  • You can asset your reservation through travel joy 24 hours a day.
  • Name changes are allowed with a $125 change fee until the final payment due date and will amount to $200 after the Final payment date, including any vendor fees.
  • Late payment of $100 per person is required after the final due date listed on your payment plan. All late fees will be automatically added to your reservation the date after your final payment is due. Any late payment inquires will only be approved on a case by case basis prior to the final payment deadline on your invoice. 

COVID Protocols
  • 360 Clean Approach -  all resort common areas come with a 360 Clean Approach, meaning the pools, beaches, restaurants, bars, entertainment, facilities, lobbies, elevators, hallways, and other shared spaces around the resort will be cleaned hourly. All high - touched surfaces on the properties have been identified and will be sanitized continuously throughout the day.  The fitness center equipment and spa facilities will be sanitized after each use; as well as all general transportation units like golf carts and luggage carriers trolleys. The resort has also increased the daily frequency of cleaning and disinfection procedures for the air-conditioning systems of both common areas and guest rooms.
